01. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply click on the buttons that you desire, in order to add them to your shopping cart. To get one or more of the same button design, either edit the quantity in your shopping cart or simply click on the button to add.
When you have gathered all your favourite items, simply click on "Check Out" to proceed to payment. And your buttons will be on its way to your doorsteps.
02. WHAT ARE THE BUTTONS MADE OF?
All Frolick buttons are made of metal and plastic, with wonderful designs printed on it. All buttons are measured 30mm in diameter and come with spring lock pins at the back.
03. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Frolick uses the Paypal payment gateway and accepts payments via all major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. It also accepts money transfers for purchases from fellow PayPal account holders.
04. HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE SHIPPED TO ME?
All buttons are shipped via Singapore Post, locally and internationally.
05. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Approximately 5 to 7 working days for local shipping and 2-3 weeks for international shipping depending on location.
06. HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping charges are calculated based on location and will be
computed when checking out. Frolick ships internationally to Asia,
Australasia, Europe and America. Shipping costs depend on the number of
buttons (3.5g per button) ordered, and where the order is going. Our
shipping rates are based on rates as proposed by the Singapore Post
(based on weight). For friends in Singapore, there's a "Pickup at
Frolick" option too!

07. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM FROLICK OUTLETS?
Yes! For friends in Singapore, simply select "Pick up from Frolick outlets" at checkout and come on down to collect your buttons at either Holland Village, Millenia Walk or Serangoon Gardens.
08. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
Upon payment, you will receive a Paypal confirmation email and Frolick will send you a shipping notification via email when you order has been shipped.
09. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately, Frolick do not accept returns / refund. All exchanges must be mailed within 14 days from date of arrival. Exchanges received after the period will not be accepted. All exchanges must include original packaging and condition.

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail service, so that you will have a record of the return. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care.

10. WHAT IS FROLICK'S PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy is a matter Frolick takes seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data and do not save any credit card information on our website. We use your email (and occasionally your telephone number) exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order and will never distribute your personal information to other companies.
